1. During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight, rain, and prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances that affect the quality of rubber, and be 1 meter away from the heating device.

2. The warehouse must be cool, dry, dust-free and properly ventilated during storage. The temperature should be kept between -10°C and +25°C, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%. It must be ensured that it is not exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet light.

3. The running speed of the conveyor belt should generally not be greater than 20.5 m/s, and the low speed should be used as far as possible in the case of high transport speed, large abrasive materials and the use of a fixed plow-type unloading device. Because exceeding the specified speed, it will affect the life of the belt.

4. During storage, the conveyor belt needs to be circled and placed, and cannot be folded. It needs to be turned occasionally during storage.

5. In order to reduce the impact and wear degree of the material on the conveyor belt, the feeding direction should follow the conveying direction of the conveyor belt; the drop of the material falling on the conveyor belt should be reduced or a buffer platform should be added; the feeding port should be avoided Open the rollers or roller spacing and take buffer measures. To prevent the material from scratching the tape, the contact part of the retaining device, the cleaning device of the scraper and the unloading device and the tape should be made of a rubber plate with appropriate rigidity, and a tape head with a cloth layer should not be used.

6. It should be selected reasonably according to the design requirements of the transportation equipment, the relationship between the diameter of the transmission roller of the transportation equipment and the conveying cloth layer, the matching of the transmission roller and the requirement of the roller groove angle.
